Ben Lovett of Mumford and Sons

Jan 16th, 2010 by J. O'Brien

This is Ben Lovett, vocalist for the band Mumford and Sons, whose sound, as Billions.com describes, “marries the magic of Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young with the might of Kings Of Leon.” I first heard them at Nina’s and asked the barista to check the track. He said he couldn’t (can’t remember why) but a customer overheard us and told me who it was. Image source is here.

Actually, Ben plays the piano/accordian and does some back up vocals. Marcus Mumford is the lead vocalist.

    Thanks for the correction Meg.
