Reminds me of an assignment given us in an MCAD summer drawing workshop, ten years back. We had to 1) repeatedly scrawl handwritten phrases of our own choosing, letting them change and &#039;evolve&#039; top to left to right, bottom, and 2) then &#039;montage&#039; some of them with scraps of classmates&#039; drawings we selected from a common kitty.
